Delivery methods
We deliver across Bulgaria by courier, to your address or to a courier office. If you are close to one of our stores, you can also collect the order yourself, free of charge.

Delivery times
Orders placed by 14:00 on a working day are usually shipped the same day. You will receive an email with the waybill number once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Bulky goods (tiles on pallets, building materials, furniture) may need an extra day. We will contact you if so.
Payment
You can pay cash on delivery when you receive the parcel. The cash-on-delivery fee is shown in the cart before you complete your order.
When collecting from a store, you pay at the till, in cash or by card.
Returning a product
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. The conditions and steps are described on the “Returns and exchanges” page.
